![]() ![]() Cody's responded with "the shipping box wasn't damaged." I had originally requested replacement parts be sent to me but Cody has basically called my a liar over the phone. I emailed Cody asking reason for the partial refund and he said, "the mirror was scratched and a bolt was bent." I explained, I hardly took the mirror out of the box and it must have been damaged during shipping back. ![]() On 5/25/22, I received an email showing a partial refund for the 2nd mirror with no explanation. I finally called and Cody answered the phone. I called, emailed, even left a voicemail with Cody's manager with no response. I requested a shipping return label and it took over a week to get one. I contacted Cody and he said it must have been a mix up in their system. Upon getting the old mirror off, I noticed the electrical plug was different than the new one. A couple of days after shipping the first mirror back, I decided I would go ahead and install the second mirror. He responded that he would replace the mirror so I requested a return shipping label. Cody said, "because we have had a lot of people trying to send back parts that aren't damaged." A couple of days later, I made it home from out of town and sent the picture he had requested. I called Cody to ask what the relevance of this picture was since I had already sent a picture of the damages on the new mirror. I emailed Checkered Flag and was responded to by Cody ***** Cody requested a picture of the new mirror next to the old mirror which was currently on the truck. I received the order at my house and noticed one of the mirrors were damaged during shipping. Prior to placing the order, I called Checkered Flag Toyota and spoke with a representative to insure these were the correct mirrors for my vehicle and he confirmed. On 4/14/22 I placed order ***** which consisted of two mirrors for my Toyota truck. ![]()
